North Vegas residents are residents of North Vegas Square, living in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.
Background
North Vegas residents are highly independent, but some might say xenophobic. They are very suspicious of outsiders and reject the presence of the NCR to control their community. They live in North Vegas Square under the protection of Crandon and Jules. They are very poor and they either sleep on the street or in the Gray, a decrepit apartment building.
