Background
The Niagara Sabotage was a sabotage mission executed by the People's Republic of China on the eastern seaboard of the United States, presumably in Niagara Falls. It is unknown who attempted the sabotage, but Wan Yang was arrested and was to be transferred to a location in Albany on charges of suspected espionage. However, she escaped when being transported.[1]
