The neural interface suit is a special armor received during the Aiding the Outcasts quest in Fallout 3's Operation: Anchorage add-on.
In appearance, the suit is identical to recon armor, except with white and yellow for colors. It features a Damage Resistance of 3 and no stat effects. It can only be repaired by merchants.

It has to be worn in order to enter the Anchorage Reclamation simulation in the Outcast Outpost.
NotesEdit
The neural interface suit is actually comprised internally of 2 suits, the one you get before the simulation weighs nothing (since it's a quest item) and is replaced by one that weighs 10 lbs when you exit the simulation. It is unknown why the developers chose to use two suits instead of just turning off the quest item flag for the first suit once you finished the simulation.
