Nephre Hyland is a medical officer of Brotherhood of Steel in 2197.

Background
Hyland is a medical officer of Bunker Delta. She has an assistant, Blythe, who dislikes her very much. She is the source of medical equipment for the Warrior in this bunker, and later in Bunker Epsilon.
