Layout

The houses typically have very large shelves filled with books, a bed, a small kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom in the back. The houses typically have a several packs and cartons of cigarettes, tin cans, beer and other random aid items. The layout of the houses vary from one house to another. One house though is more of a large storage unit containing crates with Sunset Sarsaparilla and footlockers with ammunition.

- Nuka-Cola Victory (in the house beside the barracks, must be stolen)
- 46 small scorched books, 27 small burned books and 25 small ruined books on and near a bookshelf in one of the houses.
