Negotiator is a Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics perk.

EffectsEdit

You are a very skilled negotiator. Not only can you barter with the best of them, but you can talk your way into or out of almost anything.

This perk gives a one-time bonus of +10% to Speech and Barter (patched Fallout 2) or a one-time bonus of +20 skill points to Speech and Barter (unpatched Fallout 2). In Fallout Tactics you gain +20% to Barter.
