Background
Very little is known about this character, as the Chosen One was not given the opportunity to speak to her in great detail. The base commander has the tanker FOB stored in her locker.

- The base commander challenges the Chosen One to show papers authorizing him to be at Navarro as he does not recognize him. The Chosen One may also pass a speech check with the guard outside his office under the guise of preforming cleaning duties in order to gain access to his office.
