The NCR Ranger Veteran commander is the leader of a group of NCR Ranger Veterans in 2281.
Background
After dealing with the brunt of the legionaries inside Hoover Dam, he appears just outside the Hoover Dam checkpoint with a group of four NCR Ranger Veterans during the final stages of Eureka!, offering assistance on the final stretch to the Legate's camp.
