The NCR CF administration is a building inside the NCR Correctional Facility in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281. It's the office of Powder Gang leader Eddie, who's residing at the second floor with some of his men.

Layout

Upon entering, going straight ahead leads to the medical bay with Hannigan in it. To the left of the medical bay is the kitchen.

The entrance to the immediate left leads to the stairs accessing the second floor which has three small rooms. In one of them is Eddie.

Notable loot

• Lying, Congressional Style second floor, in the left room across the stairs, on the desk furthest from the stars and to the left.
