My First Infirmary is a Housing Improvement you can buy for your Megaton house or Tenpenny Tower Suite. Its value is 1199 caps. It has three options:

• Heal
• Heal Limbs
• Clear Radiation

The My First Infirmary's first two tasks are already taken care of by the bed in your house. However, its real value comes from its ability to reduce your radiation level to 0. As such, it proves to be a very valuable object, allowing to do all of this for free anytime you want, without having to visit a doctor or use RadAway.

The My First Infirmary also includes on top a scalpel, tweezers, and surgical tubing.

It looks like a normal medical box you encounter throughout the game.

NotesEdit

• It is noted (via GECK) that the medical box is just there for decoration, and if you were to separate the medical box from the infirmary it would be nothing more than static.
• The price can vary, depending on how high your barter skill is.
• Its Base ID is 0007dd51 .
• It still exists in the game files for Fallout: New Vegas, but cannot be found anywhere.
