• Requirements:
  • Level 12 (Fallout)
  • Level 12, Science 40% or Repair 40%, unavailable to deathclaws and dogs (Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics)
• Ranks: 1
• Benefit:
  • This Perk will give you a one-time bonus of +20% to the Repair and Science skills. A little late night cramming never hurt anybody, especially you. (Fallout)
  • This Perk will give you a one-time bonus of +10% to the Repair and Science skills. (patched Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics)
  • This Perk gives a one-time bonus of 20 skill points to the Repair and Science skills. (unpatched Fallout 2)
