Morgan is one of the "traitor" salvagers at Denver in 2253.

BackgroundEdit

Morgan is Reilley's right-hand man. He is very nondescript, with slick backed hair. He seems to be watching the player and avoiding them at the same time. He killed an unpopular guard during his second escape, but wasn't really punished for it. Morgan thinks staying in Denver is pointless.

AppearancesEdit

Morgan has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
