Monica Kendall was the daughter of security officer John Kendall and his wife Mary and the little sister of Christine Kendall.
She and her mother died in a fire in the chaos of the radroach infestation and the Lone Wanderer's escape from Vault 101, despite her sister's best efforts to save her.
