Mom is the kindly-looking older woman who runs Mom's Diner in the Den's East Side in 2241.

BackgroundEdit

It is not known whether she actually is anyone's mother, but everyone calls her that anyway, and in return she treats them like they're her kin. That is, as long as they obey her rules, which are no stealing, no cursing, and no fighting.
