Miss Jeanette is a ghoul slave being held in Paradise Falls. If you walk close to her she will comment that she misses her brother. If the slave's pen door is unlocked you can tell her to run for it, in which case she will be shot at. If she survives she may act as though she's "making a run for it" but she appears to stay in the pen, occasionally muttering, "They told me not to go too far..."
