This is a pair of fashionable and deadly-looking mirrored shades. Just having them in your inventory makes you feel cool. It weighs 1 pound and costs $20.
Having this item in one of your item slots will boost the player character's Charisma by one point.
Mirrored shades can be found on Mason, a member of the Salvatores in New Reno. Another one is found in the grave of "Tim Cain" in Golgotha.
