Background
Mini Boomers are the Boomer children at Nellis Air Force Base. The children can be found wandering (usually running) around the airfield; they also have their own barracks and attend school. Pete and Lindsay are named Mini Boomers.

Notes
- There are 8 unnamed Mini Boomers (apart from the 2 named Mini Boomers above). Each of those talks to you about his or her favorite game that is loosely related to a skill or skill magazine, like ¡La Fantoma!
- Mini Boomers can be used to increase fame with the Boomer faction in the Malleable Mini Boomer Minds side quest by passing a Charisma check of 7 to go along with their imaginative playing, or by giving them a rocket souvenir or dino toy. It is also possible to taunt the children for negative karma, for example, one Mini Boomer has aspirations of becoming a boxer; the player can suggest he take Psycho by passing the same Charisma check.
- One of the children will say "Roar! I'm a Dinosaur" as the voice of a little boy but then says "Okay, See ya!" In the voice of a little girl.
