Military checkpoints are unmarked locations found throughout the Capital Wasteland. They mostly consist of a tent and one or two army trucks, and are always accompanied by a sign warning for high radiation levels. There are always assault rifles at these locations.
Reclining Groves military checkpoint
The location consists of an army truck with 3 skeletons in the back, a tent, and a small sandbag barricade. The tent has a bed, a ham radio, and 2 metal boxes. Either a sentry bot or a Mister Gutsy will patrol this camp, depending on the player's level. The camp used to be a roadblock for a radiation clean up.

The location is on the road immediately north of Smith Casey's garage, and consists of two army trucks with some metal boxes and a first aid box on the back, a tent, and a small sandbag barricade. The tent has a bed, footlockers, weapons, and supplies. A single robot will protect this camp. This robot will either be a sentry bot or a Mister Gutsy depending on the player character their level. The camp used to be a roadblock for a radiation clean up. A non-random Outcast patrol is set to spawn just south of the checkpoint and advance north. They will fight the robot if present, and continue advancing north if they survive the skirmish.
