El Diablo, born Miguel Vargas, is a "vampire" from Denver in 2253.
Background

He went crazy one night and killed six people in two different homes. They call him the "Vampire Killer" because he bites his victims on the neck during or after killing them. Last anyone heard, he went east. Bob the Bounty Hunter in Hoover Dam has a bounty out on Diablo's head.
When he dies he drops a severed head (presumably Bob's). Bob knows a guy who was going to look for Diablo out in Dog Town, but he never came back... El Diablo got him too.

- El Diablo is insane. He thinks he's a vampire, and refuses to come out during the day (he's only on the map at night).
- He says he started killing that night in Hoover Dam because "some bitch stole his hat".
AppearancesEdit
El Diablo was only to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
