Micky is a vagrant outside Megaton who repeatedly asks the Player Character for Purified Water. Every donation of water gives 50 Karma and it is repeatable action, giving the same amount of karma every time. This provides a karma-farming opportunity, especially if the player has a home in Megaton and thereby unlimited water.
Micky dies within 24hrs game time if you refuse to give him water. This will not incur negative karma or affect town behavior towards the player. He will not die of thirst if you do not engage him in conversation or if you tell him you have no water.
Micky wears a Wasteland Settler Outfit and it is his only possession.

- Micky actually has the ability to wear power armor.
- Micky cannot be affected with the Mesmetron.
- Micky can accept Aqua Pura during Broken Steel
- The residents inside Megaton will become hostile if you kill Micky.
- During the quest of Holy Water, his name will be changed to "Water Beggar" and he will be killed by drinking Holy Water (item) given by Rosa.
- Micky will die if given Aqua Pura even if the player didn't add the FEV vial to the purifier and Karma is still rewarded.
- If Micky enters Megaton, the residents will kill him.
