- Worn by Mason in the Salvatore's Bar in New Reno
- Barterable from Randall in Vault City and from Duppo in the NCR
- Sold by Eldridge in New Reno Arms.
- On the main level of Great Wanamingo Mine in Redding. It's in the northwest part with the elevator, at the end of a rubbled tunnel, well hidden under damaged wooden crates.
