CharacteristicsEdit
The Mesmetron power cell, as the name suggests, is used only by the Mesmetron. It's virtually the same in appearance as energy cells, but the tops are capped with blue coloring instead of yellow.

- Grouse in Paradise Falls has fifty cells which you receive at the same time as the Mesmetron. He will also sell more cells to the player at the price of 200 caps per 10 cells.
- A total of 76 extra cells are available in the St. Aubin Medical Facility which appears in the Point Lookout add-on, typically in stacks of five.
