A vault-like room similar to most vault common areas, with two giant rats, two giant mantises (one regular, one nymph), three different Powder Gangers, and eight brahmin uniquely named as "Brahmin WaterSkins". The Powder Gangers will not fight back when attacked, and instead will simply flee. The giant rats will likely begin combat with the giant mantises as soon as the Courier spawns in the room. There are several tables located in one corner of the room. On the tables, there are various weapons, and a lit, non-interactable piece of dynamite.
- Plasma caster
- Dinner Bell
- 1-6 randomly spawning Faderators (with any Fallout: New Vegas add-ons installed)
- The two male Powder Gangers can be spoken to, but the only dialogue choice will be "I have to go now" or "Bye". Attempting to speak with the female Powder Ganger will result in the game zooming in as if a conversation was going to start, and then immediately zooming out.
- Attempting to leave the room through any of the doors will result in the Courier being teleported back to where they spawned into the area.
