Megaton refugees are hostile survivors of Megaton's destruction, found in the Capital Wasteland in 2277.
Background
The refugees are former residents of Megaton who were able to escape the detonation of the atomic bomb, should it be triggered by the Lone Wanderer in The Power of the Atom quest.
