Matthew J. Norton was one of the two lead designers who worked on Fallout 2, together with Feargus Urquhart. He was responsible for the design of Klamath, Gecko, Redding, Enclave Oil Rig, Frank Horrigan and was also responsible for writing the official Fallout 2 Official Strategies & Secrets guide.

Work on the Fallout series

After Timothy Cain, Jason D. Anderson, and Leonard Boyarsky left Fallout 2 to form Troika Games, Norton and Feargus Urquhart took over in directing the game.^[1]
