Master Trader is a Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics and Lionheart Perk.

• Requirements:
  • Level 9, CH 7, Barter 60% (Fallout, Fallout 2)
  • Level 12, CH 7, Barter 75%, unavailable to dogs and deathclaws (Fallout Tactics)
  • Level 8, CH 7, Barter 60%, must have Salesman perk (Lionheart)
• Ranks: 1
• Benefit:
  • You have mastered one aspect of bartering - the ability to buy goods far cheaper than a normal person. With this Perk, you get a 25% discount when purchasing items from a store or another trader. (Fallout games)
  • With this perk, you get a 25% discount when purchasing items from a store or trader, and you add 10 points to your Speech skill. (Lionheart)
• Note: The Fallout 2 manual incorrectly states that this perk makes your own items more valuable.
