General Martin Retslaf was the head of the Hopeville missile base.
Background
The general's ghoulified body can be found in a second floor office of Hopeville missile silo, to the west-side of the missile. No records of the general's death can be found in his office or elsewhere in The Divide, so the nature of his death remains a mystery.
