Martin Frobisher is the spokesman for the Vault 13 inhabitants in 2241.


Imprisoned in the medical testing detention center aboard the Enclave Oil Rig, Martin is part of the group of residents abducted from Vault 13 and their unofficial spokesman. He is a haggard man[1] who has a keen eye.

  • Stop the Enclave: If engaged in conversation, Frobisher relates information regarding the opening of Vault 13 and the subsequent attack upon and capture of its population by an Enclave vertibird assault team.

Effects of player's actionsEdit

Given the timing of events that follow this meeting, it is expected that Frobisher escaped with the other prisoners when the Chosen One sent the rig into its self-destruct sequence.

When the Chosen One enters the detention wing to speak to the Village Elder, Frobisher attempts to gain the Chosen One's attention.
