Template:Fallout 3 NPC overhaul project
Marguerite is one of the inhabitants of Point Lookout in the year 2277.
Background
She is the descendant of a family of moonshiners. She states that the secret ingredient in her family's recipe is battery acid from fission batteries. Like Haley, the locals do not bother her because she was born in Point Lookout.

Quests
- A Spoonful of Whiskey: Marguerite will make her famous moonshine if you bring her the ingredients.
Effects of player actions
When first encountered, Marguerite pretends to be sick in an attempt to get the player to gather materials to cure her "Orange Fever". If your Medicine is high enough (over 70), she will drop the pretense and ask you to gather items to make Moonshine.
If you have a high enough repair skill (minimum 44), you can also volunteer to fix Marguerite's Still for 100 caps (200 caps if you pass a speech check).
After completing A Spoonful of Whiskey, Marguerite will make you her famous moonshine whenever you ask... provided you give her the ingredients.

Appearances
Marguerite appears only in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout.
Bugs
- Occasionally, when the player enters Marguerite's shack from the front entrance (the entrance closest to where you appear after fast-travelling), she will get up from her bed, run to the back door (as if she was fleeing from someone), and stop. She will then return to the bed.
