Marcia Mitnick is the vice president of global legal affairs at ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks. She was credited on Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4, Fallout 76 and Fallout Shelter.
In February 2015, she was the author of a cease and desist letter to the designers of the game Fortress Fallout, according to Jordan Maron.[1]
