Marcelles is the owner and proprietor of the Crash House in 2161.
Background
Marcelles is described as a 'tough looking woman'. If the player wants a room at the hotel, she is the person to talk to. The first hotel room on the right can be rented either for one night or one week.

Effects of player actions
- If you spend one night at the Crash House, it will trigger the Save Sinthia quest. Marcelles will be standing immediately outside the hotel room to inform the player about Sinthia's situation.
