Marc is one of the tanker vagrants on the Poseidon Oil tanker in San Francisco.
Background
Marc is a friendly looking punk[1] and a self described smart-ass and know-it-all that stands next to the bar. Even though he is a smart ass he knows a lot about the tanker and San Francisco.
