Background

Manillus is a moderately respected officer under Terrence, and inherits most of his respect from his notorious father, Gavillian Manillus Centurion. Constantly referred to as inferior to his father, Manillus strives to surpass his father through skill and battle. He keeps the slaves disciplined and is even known to mutilate those who disrespect his authority. Many of the slaves have nicknamed Manillus 'The Cold Boy,' due to his cruel and unjust actions against them.

Manillus has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
