Maintenance Service Union Contract

Maintenance Service Union Contract was the result of collective bargaining between the DCTA and its employees. It outlined their rights and duties as laborers, including conditions for termination. Clause 45.7a of the contract stated that failure to report for duty in conditions of a class seven system failure would mean automatic termination.
