This submachine gun filled National Guard arsenals after the Army replaced it with newer weapons. However, the "Grease Gun" was simple and cheap to manufacture so there are still quite a few still in use. Min ST: 4.

Female raiders between Broken Hills and Vault City have this weapon, although they will no longer spawn once you eliminate the Raider's threat. Big Jesus Mordino also gives the player this once they kill Louis Salvatore.

This SMG is decently fast, costing 1 AP less to fire than most other SMGs. However it is limited by heavy ammunition, weighing 1 pound for every 10 shots, thus making this weapon rather cumbersome to carry, especially for low Strength Characters.
