Brown haired and direct, Lydia is the bartender of the Tap House in downtown VC. Like most downtown estabilishments, she is prevented from serving real alcohol, only approved synthetics, like Alcohol-Z. Once, she tasted some real alcohol, Maddog 30/30, with a merchant in the Courtyard. She recalls it being "damn bitter... but quite different".
As such, she is ready to pay the Chosen One a handy sum if he smuggles in two crates of alcohol into the city and stays quiet about it.
