	The following is based on Fallout Tactics and some details might contradict canon.

Luke Daniels is one of four main leaders who contolled the raiders in the region of Chicago. He is an african-american man who appears to be a veteran of raids and battles. He believes himself to be a gunslinger and likes to fight much. He wears red armor. He was killed by the warrior along with other three leaders.
