Don Luigi Luciano Vinchenzo is businessman and criminal in the town of Coldwater in 2197.
Background
Don Vinchenzo is a fat, shady man who owns a lot of different business (including radroach runs and prostitutes) in town. During the Warrior's visit to Coldwater, Don Vinchenzo tried to hire him to assassinate Ma Baker.
