Lucy's sealed envelope is a miscellaneous item, obtained from Lucy West in Fallout 3.

Lucy West will ask you to deliver the envelope to her family in Arefu, starting the quest Blood Ties.
NotesEdit
- You may complete the relevant quest successfully without having delivered the envelope, meaning the envelope will not leave your inventory. You can rid yourself of it at any time by visiting Ian West in Arefu to complete the task.
- Though it no longer serves any purpose, this item is still found in the game files for Fallout: New Vegas.
