Louis Salvatore

Louis Salvatore is the patriarch of New Reno's third most powerful crime family, the Salvatores. He is described as an elderly, well-dressed gentleman, his face gaunt and covered with liver spots, who visibly has trouble breathing. As he must depend on a steady supply of oxygen to control his respiratory problems, he is always wearing a breathing mask, connected to an oxygen tank by his side. Louis Salvatore was a gangster from long ago and is the oldest mob patriarch in New Reno. His family has clung to power for generations and is bitter of the Mordinos' power. He attempted to incite a mob war beetwen the Mordinos and Wrights as well as massacring multiple of Mordino's men in the street with laser pistols, cutting them in two and leaving their bodies littering the streets.
His right hand man and personal bodyguard is Mason, to whom he relegates the specifics of jobs for those under his employment. He is personally responsible for having Renesco sell Richard Wright the poisoned dose of jet that caused his death, in the hope of provoking a war between the Wright and Mordino crime families. He is also behind the Salvatore family's confidential trading agreement with the Enclave, supplying them with drugs and slaves in exchange for their energy weapons, which would give them an intimidating edge over the other New Reno families.
