Long-Term Care [1] unmarked quest in Fallout: New Vegas
Walkthrough Julie Farkas , a doctor at Old Mormon Fort , is not just looking for some spare chems - she also wants to strike a deal with the local merchants in Freeside .
Player is tasked to find someone willing to make a deal with her.
Choices are:
Mick & Ralph's and the Crimson Caravan Company don't have much to offer, but James Garret of the Atomic Wrangler Casino may agree to trade the Followers a continuous supply of ethyl alcohol and Med-X in exchange for regular maintenance of the Atomic Wrangler's stills. James points out the uses of high-proof alcohol for anaesthetic and disinfectant solution, and is pleased by the idea of regular, expert maintenance for his distillation equipment.
For this quest to be completed successfully, Julie (with some reluctance) has to accept the offer. The player can then inform James of the agreement to get Freeside fame.
