- Requirements: Level 12, Doctor 60%
- Ranks: 1
- Benefit: You have a better understanding of living creatures and their strengths and weaknesses. You get a one-time bonus of +10% to Doctor (+20 Skill Points in unpatched Fallout 2) and you do +5 damage to living creatures.
