Released in 2003 with generally poor fan and press reaction. It used the SPECIAL system in a real-time combat setting, and it wasn't very good.

While the beginning section of the game showed some promise, allowing the player to find multiple solutions to various problems, the game quickly degenerated into a combat heavy mess and dropped any pretense of allowing player choice.
