The lightweight leather armor is a piece of armor in Fallout: New Vegas.

CharacteristicsEdit

This suit of leather armor has been hand-modified to reduce its overall weight by 5 pounds without degrading its ability to protect.

Both the male and female armors differ in appearance from the regular leather armor in that they lack the shoulder pads.

Originally, the only way to acquire this armor was by redeeming the code that came with the pre-order exclusive Caravan Pack. It can now also be acquired by purchasing the add-on Courier's Stash.

Behind the scenesEdit

This armor more closely resembles the one-armed leather jacket used by Max in Mad Max 2: Road warrior than normal Leather Armor.
