Lewis is a former resident of Vault 101.
Background

Lewis was a team member of Anne Palmer's survey team of February 2241. He and Agnes were appointed as 'ambassadors' to the town of Megaton by the team leader. His duties included acting as a contact between the two settlements and to further survey the surrounding environs. Lewis' fate is unknown as of 2277.

- Lewis is referenced in the official report of the survey. The Lone Wanderer learns of him from reading the report in the overseer terminal.
