Lenk's Bad Debts[1] is an unmarked quest in Fallout: New Vegas.
Quick walkthrough
On their first meeting, Comm Officer Lenk will mistake the Courier for an Omerta bailiff. For 250 caps, a very small amount of NCR infamy (not enough to reduce a players reputation) and evil Karma, the player can extort her. Alternatively, the player can pass a Speech check of 30 to hear her full story of how she was the lone survivor of her patrol, and the guilt issues led to her gambling debts. For good Karma, the Courier can assure her that she'll get revenge, and for evil Karma, they can call her pathetic.
You can talk to Ranger Kudlow about Lenk after, and Kudlow will explain some more details.
