It provides a Damage Threshold of 14 and can be repaired with any Legion armor type such as Recruit, Prime or Veteran. The armor appears to be based off a suit of Legion veteran armor, with the addition of metal plates attached to the torso piece, as well as a banner displaying the sign of the Legion worn on the back.
Can be found on Legionary assassins, who attack the player when a status of Hated or Vilified is reached with Caesar's Legion.
Bitter Springs - a Legion Vexillarius will often be part of the first wave of the Legion raiding party during the side quest I Forgot to Remember to Forget. It can be looted from his corpse.

Xbox 360 When sneaking and wearing this armor, it may cause a black shape to appear at the top of the screen whenever the player is in first person, this can be resolved by unequiping the armor, then equipping it again.
