Legion patrol notes is a paper note in Fallout: New Vegas.

Location

In Aurelius of Phoenix's office inside of his desk in Cottonwood Cove, within the top floor of the Cottonwood Cove HQ. It can be given (together with the Legion raid plans) to First Sergeant Astor as good intel for NCR fame.

I found some notes Aurelius wrote detailing troop numbers in the area, lists of slaves sent east, and general communications with Caesar.

The notes will remain 'essential' in your inventory if you stole them before Eye for an Eye quest and decide after to give the NCR radio bug to Aurelius of Phoenix. On the PC version it is possible to make them 'non-essential' by using the console command setquestobject 1349c2 0.
