• Sometimes a male character wearing a leather jacket can convince the Khans that he is the Death-Hand, Garl's father, returned from the dead after Garl killed him.

• barterable from the shopkeepers in Klamath

[edit] Fallout 3

There is no basic, one-sleeved leather jacket in Fallout 3. However, the Tunnel Snake Outfit contains a highly-customized leather jacket with 2 whole sleeves.

The Fallout 3 version of Leather Armor it's an enhanced version of the Leather Jacket of previous games, with the within sleeve in the other side.
