Laura was the spy working for the Followers of the Apocalypse inside the Cathedral of the Children. When she recieved the password 'Red Rider' from the Vault Dweller, as provided by Nicole, she provided valuable information about the workings of the Cathedral, and unlocked the door to the Sanctum. She had discovered the Children's plans to "purge the land of infidels" by systematically taking over towns, the launch point of their attacks being their hospitals, which were stockpiled with weapons and explosives. She is described by Nicole as being extremely loyal to the Followers of the Apocalypse, though it is unclear as to how long she had been working as a spy before the arrival of the Vault Dweller.
It is unknown whether Laura survived the destruction of the Cathedral. It is most likely possible that she does though, considering that she says that she has to leave and return to her friends at the Boneyard. Although whether she survived the wiping out of the Followers of the Apocalypse is unknown.
[edit] Appearances
Laura appeared only in the first Fallout game. She is a talking head voiced by Kath E. Soucie.
